we're only happy when we're pretending not to know that somethings wrong. when we're pretending that this isn't a problem. when we're pretending that i'm just not getting enough sleep. when we're pretending that everythings going to be ok. its not. so maybe we should stop pretending.

so today had its ups and downs. for the most part, its been worse than yesterday. and realizing that just now made me feel even worse.
