They WORK.

Two-hour interval workout yesterday: a success.

(It was so, so muddy where I was, and I expected much worse.)











The downside: feet look dirty and gross afterward due to mud-stains and debris (and unrelated cuts).
The upside: I wouldn't have even been able to do this yet without them.



They were as tired as I was.





So tired he didn't even notice the rocks slobber-glued to his floppy dog-mouth.
