Not that I'm into finger nail polish, but how did you get the metal studs to stick?

:) Glue. Basically special "basecoat" that is clear and dries with pretty good adhesion. You can also used it to keep nail polish sticking to your nail longer (hence basecoat, using a coat of it under your nail polish) but I find mine is just as effective as nail glue!
