It would appear my trip to LA has been cancelled for the meantime. I aim to make up for this...snafu. For now I have preparations of something else I need to attend to. This is gearing up to be a busy weekend for me after all.

There is an asshole outside honking their horn.  They have been doing so for the last twenty minutes.  As with most parts of the city, honking your horn in residential areas will earn you a ticket.  I'm so grateful the NYPD is out enforcing the law.  They should be commended for this splendid display of excellence.

...nights when you have to be somewhere early the next morning and, for some reason, you just can't go to sleep?  I had to be at the airport by six.  Sleep didn't claim me until 3:30 and I had to wake up at 5:30 to get ready.  Now my flight's delayed until ten and JFK is the last place I want to be right now.  I should just change my flight ( Read more... )
