I drifted off to sleep last night thinking about certain parts of Liber KKK. This had no relevance to my dreams. In my dreams I was writing The Wire fan-fiction, specifically the continuing adventures of Chris and Snoop. I really enjoyed watchinhg The Wire with my brother, and I got those "end of a series blues" when we watched the final episode

chickpea cutlets look like chicken cutlets {think: breaded & fried, country-style}, but are completely vegan... we had ours with rolls & white gravy & collard greens on the side....

my friend has too many vegetarian/vegan cookbooks to go thru in a *lifetime* and took this recipe out of "veganomics" i believe....
it was fairly simple to make a double batch last sunday so she'd have leftovers for lunches during the week... and she sent me home w/leftovers, too!
