They did get one thing right. Well, half right.
I took the time to find out what our leaflet said, and it goes on about making sure jobs aren't given to filthy foreigners, or something like that. Now, me, I'm not against filthy foreigners. Pressure seems put upon employers to hire people based on how much trouble it would cause NOT to hire them, rather than simply picking the person they would like to work for them. I would prefer ability and successful interview be my only barriers to obtaining a job, not being unlucky with the colour of my skin - be I (the Devil's Advocate) black, white or blue.
Quotas is probably a bit of a ham-fisted word to use, but hopefully you now know what I'm referring to.
