Motivation is hard.  Today, I lack it.  I'm not sure what I should do about it, but it's on my list of things to fix.

So, this morning on the road I got really angry with a guy.  I had just entered the motorway, and was waiting for a gap in the outside lane.  The guy (driving a truck, if that's relevant) enters behind me, and proceeds to whip round just as I'm changing lanes and prevent me from coming out, forcing me to pull in behind him instead ( Read more... )

It turns out I'm not very often honest with myself.  I spend an alarming amount of time either ignoring things, pretending or outright lying to myself.  Examples, you cry?  Well, we can do one small, and one big.

The first step - they say - is the hardest.  Given the amount of time it's taken to get here I suppose that might be true, but the suggestion that moving from this stage to the next will be anything short of a nightmare is somewhat suspect at best.

Long time no see, LiveJournal.
