not optimistic!

Okay, so I had a 45 minute workout today on the elliptical, 450 calories burned and 3.5 miles covered... I've been working out pretty regularly (average 3x a week), changed all my snack food in the house to dried/ fresh fruit, v-8 drinks, water, and 100 calorie pack snacks, the occasional chocolate covered raisins, and am trying to be physical no ( Read more... )

I need to lose 30 lbs. I've pretty much given up... lol

You've got a lot going on right now, small changes can still make a big difference. I think I will try to change some of the fruit to veggies. I usually eat celery with peanut butter, but now I can't eat peanut butter because Noah breaks out every time I do. But I just need to eat things raw and get used to it. We won't see any big changes if I keep going the way I am. I'm losing less than 1lb a week right now... I need to up it to 3lbs for at least a few weeks so I can reach the 30 lb mark.
