Okay, so I had a 45 minute workout today on the elliptical, 450 calories burned and 3.5 miles covered... I've been working out pretty regularly (average 3x a week), changed all my snack food in the house to dried/ fresh fruit, v-8 drinks, water, and 100 calorie pack snacks, the occasional chocolate covered raisins, and am trying to be physical no
