Last day of freedom
Well I suppose I'll actually have to go back tomorrow. We had an extra week of vacation due to to snow. I kind of dread going back because the kids will be severe pains and take forever to get back into routine. Ugh. At least the year is halfway over.

Last Friday was my last day at the elementary school. I was supposed to start at the high school today, but it was a snow day. Which is a good thing, because the teacher wasn't going to be there anyway and I was just going to be passed around by the other teachers to observe and help out. It is 6 degrees right now and according to weather.com it "feels like -3." There is a Wind Chill Advisory, saying there will be wind chills that feel like -5 to -20. Yet school is only on a 2 hour delay (school starts when it will be up to 11 degrees and the advisory is still on!), which means I HAVE TO BE THERE THE REGULAR DAMN TIME. Fuck ( Read more... ) -
ATTN Music Snobs!
LJ friends, I need your help!
I want to incorporate music in the classroom I'm in. Particularly, music I can tolerate. The teacher plays them New Age type stuff and it bores me to death.
