I feel like a filly. Spring makes me feel so good and trembling all over. There's a little more sun in thy sky and a little more get-up to my step. I hate to admit it after all the longing for Reno these last couple months but I'm starting to like it here.

I'm going to picnic in the grass and read all the books I said I would.

So my friend was adopting a cat from the pound the other day, it was no kitten but bright eyed and adorable none the less, and we had to bring it to the vet to have a checkup before taking it home. The doctor was trying to listen to the cat's heart-beat but couldn't because it was purring so loudly. Awww...so freakin' cute, what a happy kitty-cat!

Does anyone remember that Nickelodeon sweepstakes thing where the two kids got to rush through Toys R Us as fast as they could and if they finished first they could keep everything in their cart?
