Okay,
getting the lase to sign took way to long (Landlord's attorney was incommunicado), but now done. Meeting tomorrow to pay security deposit and get keys. Need to apply for certificate of occupancy which may take a few days.
In less than a week, I should be able to start building.

A month or so ago, we had to bring Jessica's car in because it was having some problems. Turns out the Manifold, with is the same part as the Catalytic Converter needs replacing. Oh yeah, it needed inspecting too, so we couldn't even think of putting it off. $2,000 later we get her car back. Apparently it still had some problems they didn't ( Read more... )
