Meme Open to Everyone - The Present of Gratitude in RP
Over the last couple of years, I have come to truly appreciate the joy of playing with RP partners who give of their time, creative energy and friendship, both IC and OOC.
So...open to everyone!
1. Post here with the name of the RP'er you want to honor, in the subject line.
2. Put the actual user name of the muse or player in the post, and give them the gift of an honest expression of admiration, appreciation, affection and encouragement. Go ahead and post a picture, a video, a song, a macro, anything! HAVE LOTS OF FUN GIVING THAT PRESENT!
3. NO WANK! I mean it. Be nice. If you don't like someone, scroll on by.
4. If you see someone being mentioned that you love and agree with it, then post a comment to it and second that emotion!
5. Give love, get love! Mention a post you loved of theirs! Be specific!
6. Stretch beyond your immediate circle! Did someone you don't know write something you think is amazing? Give them the gift! Is there someone you've been on the outs with, but you still think they RP wonderfully? Say so!
Then...Santa!Pimp this in your journal, and tell people that giving the gift of appreciation is awesome! Give it to mods who work hard, or players who rock your socks, or comms that you have a blast in! Thank the graphics makers, the writers...give lots of holiday cheer, and get lots back!
