We bought a cheap upconverting DVD player (to the tune of 70 bucks), and running movies in 1080i is looking really good. To give you an example, watching my DVDs of The Office, you can actually see the camera crew reflected in the glasses of Phyllis and Dwight at certain points in the episodes. I actually felt dirty after getting those 1000 points so Whore is quite right.
At Least CSI took about 14 hours to get all 1000 points, Viva Pinata took 50 hours, but only because one of the achievements was play for 50 hours. My 2nd last achievement was play for 25 hours, so my console sat on for a while why I got that achievement

I actually liked playing Viva Pinata (I'm still working on getting every species and variant). So that one just happened over time ;)

I got my HD receiver in September, and except for watching CNN (which I don't have in HD) for the politics, I have not watched any standard def... its really THAT good... just expensive to get the hardware...
