a volcano sounds awesome and a great tourist attraction... Saskatchewan could use the excitement for sure and it's just way too flat out there anyways ! LOL
but that's kinda scary that the Chinese are trying to control the weather...when will governments learn that Mother Nature doesn't like trying to be controlled or manipulated.

The Soviets used to try and manipulate rain all the time. They werent particularly more competent at doing it then they were at anything else.
