hi...this is my testimonial...i used to be a really healthy eater...recently, i have been eating crap. i have gained about 7 pounds which i don't really care much about.. but i have already bought my prom dress which was one of a kind and $400 dollars. now, i would like to change my diet back to more clean foods... so.. i will henceforth be posting ( Read more... )

I've never seen chili flavor ramen before. But yeah, I see what you mean, that's pretty much junk food. Last year when my best friend and I went to homecoming we ate at Taco Bell, lol. People were staring at us in our nice dresses and stuff, but we didn't care cuz Taco Bell was our favorite.

If you're REAL serious about losing weight, go vegetarian for a week or two. Seriously, no meat at all really does a wonder on your figure (or at least it did for me, provided that you don't eat junk food to make up for the fact that you're constantly hungry).

:D I'm mostly vegetarian, but I also like meat on occasion. Also need it when I dance/run/kick ass/whatever.

You guys are crazy. LOL I couldn't live that long without eating meat. (I live in Louisiana ya know.) But I have been cutting back on white bread, white rice, and pasta lately and my pants fit a little bit better. XD

My goodness...that is...*speechless* I find it very cool of you to face reality and your willingness to change it...Ganbatte!!this is what a family friend of mine who is a beautician(i think this is what ppl call them) recommended...every morning take apple cider with lemon juice...you could go without the lemon,it just help with the taste and apparently speeds up the process as well^^...and take 6 smaller meals a day instead of the normal 3 meals a day...lots of fruits and veggies...Ganbatte on your diet!!^^

Geh all those carbs and sugars.

Eat more fruits and veggies. Bananas and Celeray are my choices.

And if you put the newest DDR on with the workout step, you will definaly feel tired after 30 minutes. They put so many JUMPS in it. It be getting me confused. XD

noo noo carbs are good. carbs are very good. i think low carb is the biggest rip off shit in a while :D and thanks... but i just play on game mode.. i play 9 footers ..and usually for hours.
