Our orchestra concert went surprisingly well, considering we were missing two percussionists and had to cover parts at the last minute. I am really happy that we have a solid group of people who are all capable of playing their parts. Oh man, when I have a good day I have a *good* day. I came up with two important reasons to go to New Brunswick, which I think is a decent minimum for making a trip up there. Depending on how you count it-- that is, whether you choose to consider him as dead (brain dead) before he got to the hospital or dead when he took his last breath more than a week later-- today could be said to be the anniversary of my dad passing away. I want to play for Cirque du Soleil *____* this is now my dream job. They don't have any open jobs at the moment, but they're accepting demo videos.
