I might be a little depressed. I haven't felt like doing anything since I got back to school, even though a lot of times when I do make myself to go class and my activities I do have some fun. Even though the weather is getting pretty ugly, this song is making me see it in a different way than I normally would. It's the new theme to the remaking of Evangelion into a movie, and is just such a wonderful song that I've probably heard it 20 times already since I got it. Waiting too long to post about my weekend was a poor choice, because now it hurts to type a lot. The twirling performance went really well, the orchestra concert was hilarious but went well, and my dance solo was a MILLION times better than I expected it to be. Last night we had a particularly intense practice, and we did a lot of kicks and straddles despite my groin injury from a week ago that happened in my dance class. It was very hot in there, and with the heat and the exercise rush I didn't notice just how much everything hurt. I almost forgot. Yesterday I started being able to juggle 3 batons, after working on it for about a month. :3 I can catch up to 6 tosses now! :D :D :D It's great.

There is something about Joe Hisaishi's works that makes them so painfully sweet and melancholy. Obviously not every work is like this, but in particular this piece "The Sixth Station" hits me in a very deep way.
