where did you get the cupcake recipe from?

i made some vegan brownies last week and they were AWESOME. i brought some into school and didn't tell anyone they were vegan until after they tried them. :)

This is the cupcake recipe and I just added 2 oz of red food coloring to the frosting recipe. I saw that a very creative girl made vegan red velvet cupcakes and decorated them as ladybugs, so I had to give it a try.

The only change I made to the original cupcake recipe was to use applesauce instead of oil and just added a tablespoon of oil as well.

I'm very curious... what's in those vegan breakfast sandwiches? I get the soycheese and the fake deli meat, but that white thing sure looks like egg... what is it?
