it was so cute to see my dad so terribly disappointed in himself after returning from his second guitar lesson, repeated deep sighs and all. i can tell he cares about it quite a bit. so i gave him a little daughter/father pep talk. told him i knew the feeling, all to well, in fact...and that there's no such thing as good days without many bad days

aww! so cute! i should go one of these days when you have to read a book and sit with all the little kids and tell you my doggy's name too! (even tho you already know it!)

and i still cant believe your dad is getting guitar lessons. thats soo cool! i have to get some too, my guitar is just sitting in the garage collecting dust. where's he getting the lessons at?

storytime is awesome! i get paid for reading to and playing with little cutie pies.

yeah, i', really proud of my dad. he's taking them where i took my very first bass lesson: the fret house in covina. i love that place! spent a LOT of time there.
