What a year it has been since I updated! I got a Kitchenaid mixer for Christmas that still makes me smile. It was a real surprise too. T?here have been lots of days spent baking homemade goodies since then. New Year's Eve brought a story that will live forever in our family. We volunteered to have Casey here with us so the rest of the family

The only real complication being the nerve block that was administered after surgery. It caused a persistent misfiring of my phrenic nerve...

My mother had shoulder surgery in January and the nerve block did the same thing to her breathing. She said it would've killed me. I'm glad you're OK!

Thanks, I would never recommend a nerve block to anyone. It only numbed my arm for a few hours, but my breathing was bad for six weeks.
