Do all of your cooking on the weekend. Make dinner-sized portions of whatever you cook and freeze them. Plan your meals.. leave one night a week free for take out or dinner out.

If you have a slow cooker/crockpot type thingy, you can try using that too. Especially if you get one that has a timer on it. You throw stuff in before you leave for work and set the timer on it, and then it goes into warming mode when the time is up. :)

*nods* We do have one of those and I have used it once. It worked good though. I may start trying to use it more often and combine that idea with Rachel's of doing the bulk of cooking on the weekend and freezing stuff. Our crock pot isn't quite as fancy as all that, but it works pretty good just the same.
