Muraki might be able to sense Eureka is not human and he'd definitely be able to sense sentience from Nirvash.

Rai would be able to sense both and would stare at Nirvash a lot.

Non-humans are generally safe with Muraki.

... and Rai would be confused 'cause he's never met non-humans that aren't vampires, but I'm not sure he'd vocalize it.
