Zima is a strange one to Kino. She senses they're on the same wavelength which is where that comes from. She enjoys talking with him about any old topic though. He's a character, but one that she is sort of taken with in her odd way of liking people. Frankly, she's just at ease with Zima.
Yukimi hasn't really struck Kino. He is tight-lipped and she is willing to leave him alone with his secrets. She's just a curious but respectful kind, and he's one of the few that hasn't seemed to "catch on" to how she is. (Kino is used to being able to say she's a traveler and getting a handwave from people where it just doesn't carry the same weight at all in camp.) So, if he wants to talk with her, then she'll welcome it. If not, then she's not bothered by it.
Akazukin is just psychotic and Kino can tell. Kino has had run-ins with the kind in the past and isn't particularly pleased to have caught the eye of another. While she does her best to not break her promise to her master, Kino would really wish that Akazukin would just stay dead
( ... )
Takanari is just oddly dere toward Otani. He thinks Otani is a really good guy and is fun to be around. While Takanari can't quite keep up with him, he does enjoy just seeing him tear around. He is getting used to friends, but Otani just accepted him so quickly which was just. . . Touching really. He'd like to spend more time with Otani without the game being in the way as he still feels a bit sore about that.
To translate this into camp: Takanari will just be a little confused as to why he is so dere to someone, but he isn't going to question anything after that strange, hazy dream.
I'M GOING TO BABBLE A BIT AT YOU. Sorry if this doesn't make much sense, I'm tired.
It's funny because, for some reason, Otani really liked Takanari. Which is a bit interesting! I mean, Otani also trusted him, and that doesn't happen all that often because Otani knows camp is a weird place and is aware that trusting people here could be dangerous. Also, Otani is not the kind of guy who believes you all that easily. So, it's probably that the reason he liked and trusted Takanari so easily is because he looked reliable and more normal than everyone else in the dream. And maybe this is why he also trusted Max so fast. Also the way they interacted and how he got to know him better helped a lot, in short, Otani likes him in return.
In camp, Otani wants to spend more time with him and play basketball together, because IT WOULD BE REALLY FUN AND AWESOME. So yeah, Otani still likes him a lot, despite the fact he took part in such a weird, fucked up dream. And will probably drag him to places, like a karaoke or something, if he ever finds
don't think any of mine have met Kino, but Capell and Kittan would assume she was a boy, David and Charis wouldn't think to wonder/care about it, Ladd wouldn't care either way, Secret might be surprised to find out she was a girl, but wouldn't have thought much about it before.
Ahh, sorry about dropping that one thread, but essay long replies scare me with Ashe. :(b
Ashe had a good impression of David, but he has slowly been rubbing her the wrong way. It's hard to put a finger on it, but Ashe trusts her intuitions when it comes to these things. So, she keeps him just out of reach from doing any harm but not enough to get away from her while she tries to figure out what's up with him. She also doesn't appreciate how he quick he is to jump to conclusions. . . Not that she can really talk.
honestly David feels much the same way! Lately he finds he is frustrated with Ashe, mainly because he feels like they are...not communicating well? He thinks they are saying the same things, trying to achieve the same ends, but whenever Ashe comes back at him it sounds like a rebuke, and so he makes :(((((( face at her. He wants to be Responsible! And Helpful! And he feels like somehow Ashe is trying to get in the way of that.
I-It may be a battle of the sexes! At least, on Ashe's side. She just does not do well with people trying to tell her what to do and David is just as forceful as she can be.

Zima can probably tell that Kino's a girl, but he doesn't really think of people in terms of gender, if that makes sense.
