[He has to admit. That's... impressive.]

Stunning weapons like tasers? Or something more versatile than that?

A bit more versatile. Right now I have energy bursts that stun as well as gas that will knock a person out. I'm working on a UV ray that might suffice against vampires. I'm fairly sure my personal assistant carries a taser though.

Are you looking for anyone to act as a tester? I have a decent amount of experience with a large range of weaponry. And I have to admit, the stuff you're working on sounds pretty impressive.

I'm always looking for new employees. Another opinion on the weapons would be nice. There's a testing lab in City Solutions. You'd have to feel out some paperwork, let us set up security for you. We can negotiate salary.

Are you working anywhere else?

I can drop by today, or whenever is best for you. I'd just need to head to City Solutions, right?

The library currently, but that's just a part time position.

Today is fine. Yes, I'll let the front desk know to expect you.

The work schedule is flexible. As long as things get done, you work when you want to work or when I specifically want you to work. For example, 3AM when I've got the latest weapon just right and I can't wait to test it out.

I'll be there within the next half hour, then.

Sounds good to me. I'm no stranger to working odd hours, either. I very much look forward to working with you, Mr. Stark.

And I look forward to meeting you.

[ooc: Action or handwavey is up to you. I'm fine with either one]

[Approximately 45 minutes later he's walking into Tony's office wearing his (currently) one and only three piece suit, complete with cuff-links and shoes shined to the point of practically being mirrors. If there's one thing Arthur prides himself on, it's making good first impressions. He turns his attention to the man occupying the only desk in the room.]

It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Mr. Stark.

[Tony does appreciate someone who dresses well. He stands up and walks around his desk to meet Arther. He holds out his hand to shake]

The pleasure is mine. Please have a seat. Would you like something to drink? Scotch, soda, water, coffee, tea?

[Arthur shakes his hand firmly and does as he's told.]

Just water's fine.

[Tony returns to his desk, orders a water and a scotch on the rocks from the secretary then turns his attention to Arthur.]

How long ago were you in the military?

[Arthur eases into a comfortable smile as he gives his answer.]

I finished my service after about four years.

And you specialized in weaponry?

Yeah. Anything from semi-automatic pistols to assault rifles to heavier weaponry like grenade launchers, I've had experience using.
