I got tired of my kitchen curtains and hemmed some light green fabric I had gotten as a remnant and now have winter curtains.  I usually buy placemats and just clip them up there, but every once in a while I find fabric.  during the day the light shines through and they look sorta stripey and at night you can see the pattern

well if THATS all it takes then by all means take down the crib! why didnt you do it sooner? No one says get rid of it, just take it apart and tell yourself YES! THANKGOODNESS!NO MORE BABIES! almost immediately one will arive on your doorstep. Have you ever read anything by teresa bloomingdale? She had ten(Yes TEN! all by birth!) kids. She said getting rid fo that stuff is the surest way to get at least two more kids cus who is going to buy all that stuff for just ONE more kid?

ha! yeah, maybe I'll wait until after the holidays, though. It's a good holding place for stuff! and we still have to put up the tree!
