Tonight I typed a gushy email to my chiropractor/coach.  He is so great, ever patient.  If Haresh is to be my second husband then I want Dr. P to be my third.

I now teach yoga at the YMCA, 2 different branches actually and have subbed at three of the four.  I also teach 2 classes at the YWCA.  I am facilitating a preK book club at our resource ( Read more... )

got my lessons all planned.  i'm ready.  i think.

we leave for seattle on friday.  i'm trying not to think about it too much.  I know which dress I will bring and that I have to get SIL our key to pet sit.  other than that--yikes.

 This is my own design.  They are shorter, ankle socks.  Feel free to use the pattern for personal use.

I used size 5 needles (US) and woolease yarn.

pattern is a chevron
row 1:  *k1, yo, k4, k2tog, Ld, k4, yo*, k1
row 2:  k across

=Ld= k in front, k next stitch in back and then k those 2 stitches together

cast on  40 stitches (I did 20, 10, 10)
