My gut reaction is "oh shit what did I screw up this time".

When I was working for Target I had a customer who wanted to use 2 credit cards for the same purchase.  Since the system couldn't handle it, I came up with the idea that she could use 1 of the cards to buy a gift card and use it with the second credit card. 

Tough choice but I would go with my robot butler from Fallout 3.  Mr Handy tells jokes, dispenses water and advice on how to use the cool stuff in your house.

Answering the phone at work and hearing a fax beep.  Please check the freaking number if it didn't go through the first time.
