So on Monday, I went down to Rice to help Davinia move into our room. The door to my single off of the common room was unlocked, so I got to arrange all of my furniture and stuff. So the 4th was fun. Not as much so as that one 4th in Midland at 6 mile w/ the fireworks and driving the jeep into the ditch (which I think the 4th will allways remind me of. I went downtown (again). The Houston Symphony played patriotic songs at Herman park which is right by Rice complete w/ the 1812 overture and CANNONS! Then fireworks. Then ( Read more... )
