They estimate my waiting time to be seven minutes. While my call is important to them, they are experiencing a high volume of calls. To expedite my call, I will have the following available: my authentication phrase created at the time service was first set up, or the three digit pin number found on my bill. well, at least I'm making sense to someone.

thanks again for all the music recommendations today. There's a certain combination of the right lyrics, chord progression and overall mood of a song that can just leave a footprint in your mind. Perhaps in a year, these songs will be a reminder of how I've been feeling recently.

I never thought I'd end up in advertising. When I was young I wanted to be an actress, not an ad exec. ::grins:: Now that I'm planning to get my degree in Advertising I wonder if that's what I really care to do and what ethical problems I will run into, if any. Obviously, most people's perception of advertising is that it's evil, but the thing is, as long as there's something to sell, it's going to be around and not everyone realizes that it makes the world go round. Advertising is the reason why there are great television shows such as the Simpsons. Anywho, I guess I must be evil because I'm in advertising for the money. Of course, now that I've learned so much about it I'm beginning to really enjoy it, it's fun! But I never said I didn't love money too so people can bite me and the only way advertising will go away is if people stop selling things but that isn't going to happen, is it?

Look at me, I'm evil!

a classmate of mine in Advertising graduated magna cum laude and got a job offer right after her campaigns presentation from the client she was presenting to. But she's disregarding all of that to move out to LA and pursue an acting career.

So..ya never know.

HA! Sorry to say, but your experience with the DSL reps is NOTHING compared to what I went through. Anyway, there's that whole Time = Money theory, but when it comes to the situation I had with DSL, I'd rather have spent the time on hold then the money...DAMN IT. Money seems more important at the moment. Whatever we lack seems to be more important. If I lacked time, perhaps it'd be more important...anywho....

I'm glad to hear you're cheery this week. Call me if you have time to spare while in Jax!

12 hours on phone + $100 modem + $170 router = BOOYAKISHA!!

if you had it worse than that, then I'm truly sorry. That sucks.

Yeah, it was worse than that. I paid money and had my attorney call the representative...as the representative suddenly got very angry with me, my mom and the attorney. We still paid a lot of money to them, but not as much as we would have had to pay, had I not had the attorney call them. Rachie (that's me) tends to get a bit irritated when people are dishonest with her and then accuse her of being dishonest...that's really what it boils down to.

I hope you're enjoying life. I've been handling thousands of dollars for the past 2 days...imagine that!
