Right, very quick update, I'm sleeeepy, and need to exercise before sleeping.
Last two days I have hit 40kg on the scales- BMI 16.0 :D :D That's my first goal achieved. I'd been swaying in the 40-point-something area for a while, and was 40.1 on Tuesday, which was just frustrating. Nowwww, on to 38kg, whoopy. Had some candy today though, which I
