7th degree fame?

I've been asked to do a somewhat unusual engraving job, it's engraving a 4 liter bottle of champagne with part of a birthcard. A semi-famous tv host/model had a baby and it's a present to her.

Been watching Star Wars, have we?

Also, good luck with the engraving. The jewelery store wouldn't have given the job to you if they thought you couldn't do it.

I heard it before I had even seen the movies and after rereading my post it popped into my head.

Thanks but I don't know how much faith they have in me at the jewelers, my latest works haven't been upto my standard and free style is very hard when you have to make something exactly like on the paper.

Ah well if all fails I can still become a celebrity stalker because the birth card they gave me as an example has all her contact information and home address. If they are that easy with that stuff they should have a couple of dogs or something.

Having nice valentinesday?

As I said, they hired you, so they must have some at least :p

Valentines day was like any other normal Saturday, except for the fact my parents came over to visit me. They called me Friday evening about planning to take a walk somewhere in Twente and asked if they could come over afterwards. So they came here, spend some time with me and kitty and went back home again. I don't really have a celebratory family :p

How was yours?

They hired me in part out of deseperation and in part out of a sort of family thing. The jewlers are family friends and have known my mother since they were in school together. I hardly had any engraving expirience when they needed someone for that.

They asked if they could come over? You are their kid right? Would you have said no? *grin

Mine was like any other valentines day, no chocolates, roses or cards in the mail. Even when I suposedly still had a boyfriend he purposly didn't do anything that day because he thought it was a comercialised day. *smirkle*

On the other hand I think I am brilliant at having nice days all on my own so I had fun. *grin
