Would you consider someone your friend if while you were staying with them they invited your ex over to harrass you?

Not only did Paul(Niki's boyfriend, I am staying with them while in Pittsburgh) invite Andy over while I was staying with them, he blammed it on Niki (my best friend.

At first, I was just going to let it go, becasue she is my best friend and all. However, Paul had Andy over a second and third time. Andy is fucking nuts.
