We just got some really big cases to ship parts in. Essentially, they're locking boxes on wheels. We put an undergrad in one, and were wheeling him around. Then, we wheeled him into the women's bathroom, and put him in the handicap stall before letting him out. It felt just like playing with froshies.

Just finished my final exam. I don't think it went too bad, but it was an essay question, so there's a lot more I could have said about everything and just didn't have time to say. The problem itself was rather amusing, though ( Read more... )

Stephen and I were talking last night, and he made a comment about how he didn't think we should open any wedding gifts until after we're married. Not just not use them, but actually leave them in the boxes they're shipped in. I made a bit more progress on my dress this weekend. I made the outside layer of the bodice and then boned it. (That means I put strips of plastic-y stuff in the seams so the dress will support itself rather than relying on the straps, but it's more fun to phrase it the other way.) I also made the inside layer of the skirt and cut out the blue ( Read more... )
