Wow...it's been almost a month since I've posted. Well....after bitching about doing peon duty at work for the past monthI was skiped in the promotion line and am now taking orders from someone with less than half the management experience than me and he's never worked in the food service industry!!! you should open your own restaurant or work in a REAL kitchen. Small time places like that are full of egos and asshats. maybe work for a small family place with happy people. This just isnt for you.

look into it...and better yet, attend it! stop taking shit from people and take a leap of faith. step out of your comfort zone. mom always stayed in hers and dad did too. they never did anything different and to this day they're still BORING!
