Friday was nice. I laid in the grass and was too high to feel the bugs biting me. I held a mountain dew in my hand and stared at the fireflies. And i thought about how things were perfect and how I was happy and would write a livejournal about that very moment (which seemed much more amazing than this explanation). my summer has been pretty boring and uneventful lately, but i mean it's still nice not to have to deal with school stress for a change! how's your summer?
welllllll bard is very small (1,600 students) and like the #2 most liberal school in the country. and it's campus is very beautiful and secluded and it's located in the mountains near the hudson river valley. it's about 1.5 hours from nyc so i'll probably be going to the city some. and i love my roommate and am just very excited altogether!
