ray, speaking as a fellow panic-attack sufferer you have managed to crack me up. of course i understand how much that sucks (and ironically i can almost never be at a show without fearing panic) but you treat it in a way that is too damned funny. i had to look up the DM-whatever because i had no idea what it was but now that i am aware of that resource, i have yet another tool to use when i need to work myself up further into gut-wrenching fear at the lingering prospect of my psychological decay.
