Thomas Wolfe was often accused of only being able to write autobiographical works, that he wasn't a true writer. Not only is he, of course, an incredible writer, but his life, upon a moment's reflection, was so wide and rich, so full of characters shallow and deep, so marked by life-defining struggle, that it demands by its very nature to be told, written, recreated in the space of the imagination.
So too, I feel, with your life. Therefore, you must someday allow me the honor of writing your biography (I will, of course, send all the proceeds to whatever cause or charity you wish).
