Austin shops?

I'll start by saying I did look at the memories entry, but I only saw two recommendations and they were both for different shops. There could have been more, but damn if that entry isn't crazy long

i agree.. i wish there was a better way to orgnize shop recomendations. Like by state or something.. because it's rather complicated to look for someplace specific.. Or another country!

I'm totally in agreement with that. Maybe redo the post and list a comment for each state, then anyone with a recommendation can reply to the comment for their state with the city in the subject line and just build the thread from each state comment from there. Then all you'd have to do is look for the comment labled with your state, and read the thread.

For other countries, make a comments with titles like Europe, South America, Asia, Japan, Russia, Africa, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Middle East. Then have the commenters put both the country and city in the subject line.

...Maybe I should talk to a mod....

I live in Austin now and everyone seems to gravitate towards Atomic. Their website used to be www.atomic-tattoo.com, I believe, but now they have a myspace. There are two shop locations, one off of Burnet and one on the Drag. Hope this helps!

i live in austin and i go to perfection tattoo. its on 42nd and guadalupe. its amazing. my artist carlos truan does really amazing script and the other artists there do really amazing japanese work. go check it out.
