I actually read this at the time, and I rarely click through on people's links, but I'm glad you put this up. I think I mainly didn't comment at the time because you said Dee had posted it first and I didn't want to offend him by implying I hadn't bothered clicking on his LJ... ;)
But then he posts a load of this kinda thing and you don't, so I kind of thought it had to be important if you were posting it too! *^_^*

It may well be that nothing comes of this bill - it may just fall flat on it's non-existant face. I for one however do not want to leave this outcome to chance...

That's why I have been so ranty lately... :)
