banana bread

I just baked banana bread for the first time. God, what an easy recipe! And it really looks amazing. I'm so proud. (I'm NOT a baker, so this is a huge step for me.) I'm cooking a Thanksgiving meal for seven by myself, so I've had to break up the cooking into three separate days to make up for the lack of time in comparison to the amount of ( Read more... )

Hahaha, I do totally know! Put it in a plastic bag, tie a twistie around it, and put it in the fridge where it won't get squished. Take it out a few hours before you serve it so it can warm to room temperature. :D
