I just baked banana bread for the first time. God, what an easy recipe! And it really looks amazing. I'm so proud. (I'm NOT a baker, so this is a huge step for me.) Hahaha, I do totally know! Put it in a plastic bag, tie a twistie around it, and put it in the fridge where it won't get squished. Take it out a few hours before you serve it so it can warm to room temperature. :D
