Things are coming together quite well. Sarah and I are having our ritual "COSPLAY CRUNCH HOUR" weekend starting tomorrow. It will probably consist of me helping her finish her cosutme since mine is pretty much done but either way. Hope everyone is making things happen.

OMG UR ALREADY STARTING! Talking about paperclay is making me horney baby yeah! (lol thats a joke ok?) But yeah, I foresee coming home from katsucon and HEADFIRST SWANDIVE into Yuna - i haven't been that excited to start a costume in forever.

Gimme all ur schedule so I can crash every one of your groups!

You should totally make a mozzerella or donetella. Those are 2 others that I would want to make, just to have and to hold.

Also Xmen for Otakon sounds totally doable. Rouge would be pretty simple since its just a spandex suit and a jacket. Was also considering Serge since you wanted to do Pixie (they would match better) but that pretty much depends on my ability to generate a flat tummy by Otakon. All my cards are on the table since I already committed to Yuna lol so we will see which one comes out of the woodwork.

Its more of a kirugurumi PJ style big and baggy. So sorta a mix between realistic and mascot, I will be using my own face and a wig. I was going to try and make a big bubbly hood with stuffing in it that sorta emulates the big bubble heads they have. My bf and I were arguing whether that would look cute or dumb since it could throw off the proportion.

I wouldn't be against slimming the pj and making a normal hood if and your friend wanted to do that too.

LOL let me know what you decide, I havn't actually started construction I just have all the fabric and patterns drafted. I expect it to take 3 or 4 hours max to make so I'm leaving it to the last min.

Oh awesome! I'm purportedly making Gunner Yuna for Otakon (depends upon if my friend reaches his goal weight for Baralai - I promised I'd make her to wear with him) so we will have to walk around together and get lots of pictures! <3

Awesome! Gunner Yuna was like one of my very first cosplays. I still love the design, honestly I'm working towards a goal weight for Yuna myself. But I'm confident if I work hard and resist Cheesecake Factory I will make it. Otherwise I'm going to be a hot mess.
