Katsucon Happened
Boy did it happen. For me this convention was like a rollercoaster ride. It went by so fast and had tons of ups and downs, but when I got off I was so elated I just wanted to do it again. Yay for Katsucon
Things are coming together quite well. Sarah and I are having our ritual "COSPLAY CRUNCH HOUR" weekend starting tomorrow. It will probably consist of me helping her finish her cosutme since mine is pretty much done but either way. Hope everyone is making things happen.

Alrighty! Katsucon in 2 weeks - I can honestly say this convention is beginning to be a major P.i.t.a. what with the snowpocalypse last year and all the things trying to mess it up this year - I feel like I'm going to be lucky to make it out alive. Snow Day Progress
So many of you know the East Coast got hit pretty hard with snow. I ended up taking Wednesday and Thursday off of work to avoid the THUNDERSNOW! I made some decent progress over the past few days due to a few snow days. It's under the cut if interested!
I just got back from the Polar Bear plunge in Sandy Point State Park - so much fun!

Xmas Haul
Short of buying my materials, cutting out patterns and a few failed makeup tests I have no real cosplay progress to report on. Instead I will report on my dream-worthy xmas haul.

Upkeep
So I'm pretty sure the reason that I never really post on LJ is that I only ever want to post progress posts. The only problem is I only ever make progress like 3 weeks before a convention. And since its 3 weeks before a convention I am so busy I have no time to post progress shots.
