What I learned from getting a personal trainer
Last week I sort of got roped into getting a personal trainer. It was something I've wanted to do for myself now for probably a year so it was the right push I needed even though it isn't financially viable eight now as I am virtually unemployed. but that is a different gripe all together.

The Christmas Blues - an answer
I had an epiphany today. I was sitting down for lunch, talking to my placement colleagues. Somehow we got onto Christmas. I was burning for an opportunity to declair my hatred for the festive season and I saw an opening and took it. I gave my reasons of it being nothing but a bitter reminder of what I had lost. my fivefingers
I used my vibrim five fingers today for actual running. I wore them before but not for anything so high impact. I bought them back in July, wearing them once in a while around the house and once outside to briefly walk the dog. I started regretting having bought them as I was never using them. A joyous dream
I haven't posted in such a long time. Nothings really come up which I felt like keeping as a memory, although a lot of nie things have happened. I'm still together with Max and we've worked out all the stuff I was crying about last time I posted, so all is well ( Read more... ) -
Bad news
I checked my emails this morning hoping to get something from my grandmother, as she's made a habit of always emailing me on Sundays. But I received nothing on Sunday. Instead I got an email from my mum telling me that my granny had a fall which was caused by a heart attack ( Read more... ) -
Goodbye 2008. You served us well!
I realise I'm a BIT early with this, but I have absolutely nothing else to do right now, and I think I might be quite busy over the next one and a half weeks leading up to the New Year.

Life is a cruel mistress!
