1. Be vegan. 2. Shower more (lol depression) 3. Use more face masks and do more skin care in general. 4. Drink more tea. 5. Clean my apartment. 6. Work on my driving. 7. And, yes, exercise more.
this is a world where people can throw other people away for no reason at all. this is a world where people say they are here for you and then they aren't. this is a world where no one cares about anything or anyone but themselves. i don't know if i can do this and i don't know if i even want to try.
