Back in August when I was dealing with Chiquita, I noticed that one of my bearded dragons had a blister on her right "hand" that basically took up her whole "palm". So Tori is working as a lifeguard at the Rec center where I used to work. Apparently there's this girl named Christine who knew me, and was asking Tori if we were close and if I was still skinny. I'm all what??? I was like between 140-165 lbs when I worked there, and always in a bathing suit...

I bought a beginner tarot kit - deck and book, and another book on how to read them. I was obsessively researching which deck to get. I remember the first time I ever saw tarot cards, and I've just had this image of how they're supposed to look. Mystical, eerie, historical all rolled into one. My physics lab partner is annoying. He's a spoiled little Indian brat. Bragging about getting into med school, how much money he's going to make, how easy school is, etc. He asks all these small talk questions that make you think he's not a bad guy. I'm a vegetarian now. As of tomorrow, I'll have been meatless for a week. It feels really good.
No vet school next year. This means I have to stalk large animal vets, talk to admissions offices about how to strengthen my app, possibly retake the GRE, decide how to go about working (PT, FT, find another job if they don't want to give me a raise), ( Read more... )

I'm on the verge of tears because I'm so overwhelmed. Boys suck, flighty women professors who can't remember to proofread anything and try their best to trick you on tests, and vet schools that I still haven't heard from! Ugh!
