i'm turning 39 on February 10th, Sunday. defenestr8r made a plan to go to Ton Kiang on Geary Street for dim sum @ noon, then the DeYoung art museum in GG Park @ 2pm, with vague plans for some drinks after that. if any of my pals want in on this birthday plan, any part of it, please let me know. we're hoping to make a reservation for the dim sum, so

hi Ama, i know we discussed the cake and everything, but read my post from today(tues.) and you will see that my actual birthday may not be the ideal cake day. maybe i should have an Oakland-centric day of birthday shenanigans--actually i love this idea. it could include the cool cemetery you always tell me about that i've still never been to, or the albany bulb or...
