I'm not a medieval food geek, so I have no idea what Ice Dragon. Judging from the context, though, I'm guessing that it's some sort of winter celebration/feast. Am I coming anywhere close to being correct?
Look for Festival of the Passing of the Ice Dragon. This is a Society for the Creative Anachronism ( www.sca.org) event held near Niagara Falls, NY in the Spring. ( www.ice-dragon.info)

Not really. It's part-way there, but the apology I'd still like to see is one for insulting the entire internet by calling it "public domain." I'm not holding my breath, though.
