So, we were out and about yesterday and I didn't have anything for a protein snack so I called my diet coach and double checked what was okay. She told me macadamia nuts, or atkins snack bars...I got to looking. hmm.....atkins bars have just a tiny bit less carbs and calroies then their stuff....Hmm...and it's much cheaper...hmmm...Im actually ( Read more... )
