I started my diet on the 1st of the month.. its a calorie diet.. i can only eat between 1200-1500 calories a day.. well its been 4 days already and ive lost 3 pounds!! im so excited.. this diet is actually working for me.. once i start exercising i will drop the weight even faster! thank god! if i keep on this diet i will be down to my goal weight ( Read more... )
